Problem
Project managers and business owners kept their statements of work separate from their project plans in Zoho Projects. Comparing the two and tracking task hours on large projects took time.
Goals
- Compare SOWs against project plans and tasks in Zoho.
- See project progress at a glance with a progress tracker.
- Save time tracking and managing task hours on large projects.
What I did
- Built the full stack: a React front end, a Node.js and Express back end, and hosting on DigitalOcean.
